Group Fitness

Boulder Country Club expands the fitness offerings to include a full schedule of group fitness opportunities.  From the individual taking their first step to healthy living to the seasoned fitness enthusiast, you will find a class giving you the level of challenge you expect.

Member programming includes over 50 complimentary group fitness classes per week (Yoga, Hard Core Abs, Group Cycle, Barre Body and more!). The Fitness Department offers Personal Training (private and semi-private sessions), Private Pilates Reformer instruction, specialty classes such as Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camps, Fitness Challenges, and dietetic services.
